Inception
NAM Property & Investments Pty. Ltd. was founded in July 2008. The three directors had previously invested collectively in various ventures - and eventually the idea and opportunity to formalise the various ventures into a company became a reality.
Our goal is to deliver high-quality, sustainable, intelligent and ethical developments and investments that offer great returns to our investors, and also providing best-practice services to our clients.

NAM Property & Investments is a new force in development and forward thinking in business and investing. NAM is a company that invests in variety of stocks and derivatives on Australian and global exchanges, as well as investing in Australian real estate and new property developments.
NAM also has interests in the delivery of various services - which presently include business development assistance, IT systems engineering, and custom software development for desktop, web and mobile platforms.
Despite present difficult economic conditions, NAM believes that there are still excellent opportunities for investment across a variety of industries and markets that will deliver strong returns for our investors.
Opportunities for improving business efficiency are also possible through smarter business practices and better IT management - NAM can also provide these services to interested businesses and organisations.
